Vision Statement

English: “A society where girls and boys, women and men have equitable access to spaces and opportunities and are participating meaningfully and collaboratively to realize their full human potentials.”

Mission Statement

“To be an NGO of first choice when it comes to GAD-based development in Zamboanga City and Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.”

5-Star Goal Statement

1. To be a key actor on Gender and Development (GAD) advocacy and advancement in Zamboanga Peninsula and insular BARMM provinces of Basilan, Sulu and Tawi-Tawi.
2. To be a preferred local service provider for government- and non-government funded programs and projects.
3. To develop and implement quality and relevant programs and projects to advance community peace and development through a GAD lens.
4. To undertake community-, sector- and GAD-based research and studies on peace and development with participation of stakeholders. 
5. To work with local, regional, national and international agencies and network in the promotion of GAD advocacy.
